Good Death, Self-Esteem, and Attitude to Life among Nursing Students

Abstract

|
Background : The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between variabl es of Good Death, Self-Esteem and Attitude to Life among Nursing Students.
Methods : The subjects of this study were 243 college Students. the data was collecte d through interviews using a structured questionnaire from May 1 to July 31, 2014. The Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pea rson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS Win.
Results : The mean scores of the good death, self-esteem and attitude to life were 3.0 8¡¾0.29, 2.86¡¾0.44, and 4.28¡¾0.86 respectively. There were significant positive correlations b etween self-esteem(r=.229, p<.001) and attitude to life(r=.050, p<.001)
Conclusion : These results provide guidance for developing education srategies such as e ducational program to help nursing students.
